The Sun & 13 Cantons is a gorgeous Victorian style pub located in the exciting Media & New Designers area of South West Soho - away from the seedy part of the area. The pub is on two levels: a groundfloor with a large dining / seating space at its back, and a beautiful basement with period features such as 1930's wall lights, original ceramic tile work, and a nice wooden floor to shuffle or boogaloo on!
Boom Shaka Lacka's first session took place on the main floor of the pub, but we have since secured the basement for all forthcoming events. The feel is of a typical Soho pub basement - intimate (120 capacity), friendly, exclusive (although open to all), and very special. One of the best basement venues in central London!
